Who we are!
Owners Kristi and Eric Whitaker started Clear Cut Land, LLC in 2018. Eric began in the excavation industry in 2005 and brings a vast knowledge of land development with him. Kristi has worked in the heavy equipment industry since 2014 and is a title administrator for Jeff Martin Auctioneers. Starting in 2018 with just 1 forestry mulching machine, Eric and Kristi have grown this company into one of the leading forestry mulching and land clearing companies in east Texas. In 2019, Clear Cut Land expanded into the dirt and excavation business, as well as installing storm shelters. While expanding, they haven't lost focus of forestry mulching, where they plan to keep leading the way!
